My sister & I attended Tuty's sister's wedding last Sunday. Actually, it has been a while since I last spend time with Tuty!

Fit the Purpose

Since I can't really consume the men's protein drinks, I chose gelato, or froyo or milkshakes or the regular ice-creams as my healthy-energy-drinks. Whatever makes me happy, as long as I'm still in line with my purpose of exercising.

I've always been drooling over the various flavours of these men's protein drink. Esp the cookies & cream. I wouldn't even dare to overcome the fear of the side-effect to women' for drinking the men's protein drinks.

We've been spending quality times together nowadays, Alhamdulillah for that...

Double Tuesday Pizza Hut dinner hosted by my brother...and coincidentally, we wore Purple that evening.

This was the evening after I did my 954 sit-ups at the gym before dinner, but none of my family members seemed to believe me...and then the next day, I only managed doing 900 sit-ups to be exact. :D Still aiming for 1000!

Glambassador

Azman introduced me the gym in the Gadong Central that he goes to almost everyday. I find it a great choice coz it's clean and not too ramai and affordable!

He's gettin' married by this June, so he's working on his body. While as for myself, I do still prefer to jog at the Taman Jubli, but busting on the treadmill is a satisfaction too.

I love to eat a lot and that means I must do my exercise regularly too before it's too late~ (aging...) ;p
