Azman introduced me the gym in the Gadong Central that he goes to almost everyday. I find it a great choice coz it's clean and not too ramai and affordable!
He's gettin' married by this June, so he's working on his body. While as for myself, I do still prefer to jog at the Taman Jubli, but busting on the treadmill is a satisfaction too.
I love to eat a lot and that means I must do my exercise regularly too before it's too late~ (aging...) ;p
So..I was earth hour-ing for the first time for 62mins..hehe. With the candles lit up, and nice scent in my room turned out to be romantic and so sensual! ;p
