Move


I filled my weekend with all-by-myself this week by getting the buzz with my energy. Because my car by this Monday baru tah out from the workshop. Long story short; my dad brought jln my car one afternoon and a Penghulu hit my car. Very minor saja.

Since I have no companion to play tennis this week (last Monday saja..boo..), nada car to jalan-jalan either, I stayed at home, and rather than doing nothing, I came up with something to satisfy me and something fun for myself.

Just beyond your realization, house-chores are considered as an exercise too. Especially house cleaning. How so? You may ask. You’ll realize of how much movements and sweats when you’re sweeping the floor or vacuuming & melap-lap almari and so on.

So move your ass, Ladies and stop whining before you even begin with it or exasperating in your head of why women are meant to do such thing called house-chores (mythology speaking, per say) As a result, you’ll feel good about your body and you’ll feel the satisfaction for making your house a dust-free and clean ambiance.

Well, besides doing my weekly house-chores, today I did one of my preferred fitness workouts that is dancing.

I have fitness workout VCDs of belly-dance and modern hip-hop dance. It is fun when you can just do it at home. Furthermore, alone lagi siuk and dancing with your high-heels on lagi siuk..!

So Chicas! Go and buy the videos and I’m pretty sure you’ll feel the excitement of fitness workout than having the dummy Dumb-Bells or the boring Treadmills coz those are only suit for boys (especially the Dumb-Bells) Ain’t cool for Ladies. Although I can’t deny yang Treadmills siuk sebenarnya :p

And say no to skippin’ meals..! and I hate sit-ups! :p
